The 7th India-Bhutan Annual Plan Talks were held on 3-4 November 2011 in Thimphu. Indian delegation was led by JS(North) and the Bhutanese delegation was led by the Foreign Secretary. The progress of all the GoI assisted projects for RGoB 10th FYP were reviewed. On the request of RGoB, the cost of some of the projects were also re-prioritized. During the visit, JS(North) and the delegation had audience with H.M. the 4th King, called on the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Works and Human Settlement, Education and Health. The delegation also met with the Foreign Secretary and Secretary GNHC.
