Shri Ranjan Mathai, Foreign Secretary, GoI visited Bhutan on a familiarization visit from August 17-19, 2011. This was his first visit abroad after assuming office of Foreign Secretary. He received audiences with HM the King and HM the Fourth King, called on PM and Acting FM, and met with his counterpart on 18 August 2011.
